The terms and conditions set forth herein constitute the full and complete agreement between you and USMLE Insider Prep Course, Inc. (doing business as and hereinafter referred to as “Insider Course”). Your agreement to be bound by these terms is acknowledged by your use of the Insider Course Website (the “www.usmleinsider.com”), and/or any Insider Course software or brochure made available to you. The terms contained herein supersede and replace any other agreement or negotiation between you and the Insider Course, whether oral, written or otherwise including any statements made by any representative of the Insider Course at any time.
1.1 Fees
USMLE Insider Prep Course (usmleinsider.com) charges a course fee which is published at our website and made available to you at checkout. All such fees are subject to change from time to time.
1.2 Payment of Fees
USMLE Insider Prep Course accepts payment by Credit Card (Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express, and by personal check, cashier’s check, electronic check, or money order). In addition, USMLE Insider Prep Course may from time to time allow additional forms of payment. However, the offering of a particular form of payment does not obligate USMLE Insider Prep Course to continue to offer that form of payment in the future. The current list of payment options will be displayed during the order process. If you have any questions concerning the current available payment options, please feel free to contact us.
1.3Internet Security
usmleinsider.com employs Validation SSL Certificates. The SSL Certificates meet the highest standard in the Internet security industry for Web site authentication as required by CA/Browser Forum. The SSL Certificates give high-security Web browsers information to clearly display a Web site's organizational identity. The high-security Web browser's address bar displays a padlock symbol and reveals the name of the organization that owns the SSL Certificate and the SSL Certificate Authority that issued it. The green bar shows site visitors that the transaction is encrypted, and the organization has been authenticated according to the most rigorous industry standard.
1.4Refund Policy
Because every prospective participant gets a first-hand account about what to anticipate from the prep course, through our provision of extensive list of successful past course participants as references, requests for refunds are very rare. But we do understand that emergencies do occur and, occasionally, upon paying for the course, a person may not be able to travel to the schedule location or participate at that scheduled time.
The course fee is non-refundable but can be applied towards a future date if the person is not able to show up for the lectures or requires postponement for any reason. Because the course is held for a very, very small group, it requires a certain amount of money to run the course (such as money for hotel facilities, printing, multimedia and other expenses). Having someone withdraw with a refund has an adverse impact on the running of the course. For this reason, refunds cannot be provided. Those who are not able to show up for a particular course date are welcome to come and take the class at a future date. No refunds will be issued.
If upon signing up for the course, an emergency comes up that prevents you from joining the class, please email us at contact@usmleinsider.com to have you scheduled for the next available class. You will have within three years to take any other course we offer at no additional charge.
If an act of nature (such as a hurricane, tornado, etc.) prevents our lecturers from showing up to provide the lectures, arrangements shall be made with the participants to re-schedule the lectures at the earliest possible time convenient for everyone.
1.5Copyright Notice
All the content that is offered in the course (i.e., the notes and writings) are the intellectual property of USMLE Insider Prep Program, Inc.or its content supplier and protected by U.S. and international copyright laws. The written material that you will be receiving in this course is strictly reserved by copyright. The content may be used for your own studies and kept for future studies and reference. A pledge regarding non-dissemination of course notes will be signed on the first day of the course before the start of the lectures. Any other use, including the reproduction, modification, distribution, transmission, republication, or display of the content on this site is strictly prohibited.
1.6 Policy Changes
This policy may be amended by the Insider Course at any time without notice to you by posting the new policy in this location. Such new policy shall become effective immediately upon such posting for all future subscribers/participants. It shall be your obligation to check this page regularly for updates to this policy.
